As of now, OnePlus has revealed a handful of devices for the year, and more are slated to follow in the near future. OnePlus 10R, a lower-cost model in the company’s mainline for India, is one of the most eagerly awaited.
Look at what you may anticipate when it’s released this month.
Release Date of OnePlus 10R
On the 28th of April at 7 p.m., OnePlus will officially unveil the phone in India, as the company promised. The OnePlus 10R, the Nord CE 2 Lite, and the Nord Buds will be unveiled during a launch event with the motto “More Power to You.”
Launch of the OnePlus 28 on April 28th. The phone, on the other hand, has arguably already been seen. On 21 April, OnePlus introduced the OnePlus Ace in China. According to photos and specifications thus far, the Ace seems to be a re-branded version of the Realme GT Neo 3 and the 10R, which is the Chinese moniker for the 10R.
Because of this, we may have gotten our hands on the entire specifications of the 10R. The Blaster 3.0’s official launch has been announced by Monster. For the year 2022, the iconic boombox experience will be given a makeover.
April 20, 2022, New York, NY – In an effort to keep up with the times, Monster has unveiled its latest boombox, the Blaster 3.0. As far as I’m concerned, it’s still the best boombox experience out there. Still, we’d anticipated the 10R to arrive in May, with the Nord CE 2 Lite and Nord 2T initially, followed by the 10 Ultra and Nord 3 later in the year, according to tipster Yogesh Brar.

There is a good chance that OnePlus will only sell these smartphones in China and India as they did with prior R versions.
The official price of the Ace in China gives us the greatest idea of pricing thus far, and we’ve translated it to a few other currencies, including Indian Rupees, below:
- 2,499 (about £300/$390/€360/30,000): 8GB+128GB
- It costs around £320/$420/€380/32,000 to get 8GB+256GB on this device.
- 2,999 (about £360/$470/€430/35,000) for 12GB+256GB
- 3,499 (about £420/$540/€500/41,000) for 12GB+512GB
It’s worth mentioning that, contrary to expectations, there are no separate versions with 80W and 150W charging capabilities. We’re not sure whether the same holds true for the 10R or not, however, the Ace comes with the quicker 150W speeds in every version.
A few crucial elements regarding the 10R have been verified by OnePlus, so we’re certain that we know what to anticipate – not least since we already know about the Realme GT Neo 3 and OnePlus Ace’s complete specifications.
Color is the only difference between this design and the Ace. There are two color options for the phone, with OnePlus saying the 10R will be available in either black or green.

Optic image sensor for the OnePlus 10R
Even so, you may assume that the phone will have the same dimensions and form. Because the 10R’s camera module is also a carryover from the Realme phone, its lineage is quite evident.
Like the Realme, the phone will not include an alert slider, which was a standard feature on past OnePlus flagships.
CPU, RAM, and external storage
While the MediaTek Dimensity 8100 will be used in the 10R, OnePlus has verified that the Dimensity 8100-Max is limited to the Density 8100-Max.
For “game stability, AI computing power, and night scene video noise reduction” [machine translated from Chinese], we now have confirmation from the Ace launch.
If the Ace launch is any indication, it’s expected to include 8/12GB LPDDR5 RAM and 128/256/512GB UFS 3.1 storage—though a cheaper 6GB RAM variant for India is not out of the question.
We know that the 10R will sport a 120Hz display from OnePlus. Create a second source of income by investing in Amazon and other companies.
As always, our best guess comes from Ace’s camera specifications. This phone has a rear-facing camera with a Sony IMX766 sensor and optical image stabilization (OIS).
The back camera would be accompanied by 8Mp ultrawide and 2Mp macro cameras, while a center punch-hole would hold a 16Mp selfie camera.
Battery and charging
OnePlus has confirmed that, like the Ace, the 10R will come with 150W charging, capable of returning half the battery’s charge in just five minutes – likely with a total charge of 4500mAh.
USB-C charging for the OnePlus 10R
The bigger 5000mAh battery in the Realme GT Neo 3 is available in a slower 80W charging option.
So far, we haven’t seen it in the Ace, so we don’t know whether we can anticipate the 10R or not.
For the sake of comparison, below are the complete specifications of the Ace, and therefore, the 10R: a 6.7-inch, 120Hz full HD+ AMOLED display
We’ll be adding more information as it becomes available, so be sure to check back often to see what’s new. The greatest OnePlus phones and the top Chinese smartphones may be found here while you wait.
